Hey All,
Just Dropping this thread on for all to peruse/ comment.

The CQers have arranged a Weekend Trip to Yeppoon for the weekend of 8/9/10 October, to enjoy Good Food, Good Company, Good Laughs and The Great Race.

To those who will be joining us on the Bathurst weekend at Yeppoon, be safe and see you all soon.

Yes! the silver fox mobile still has the sticker proudly attached as does MYXR so it is nigh impossible for Tucky to sneak to the club as our cars are kind of hard to miss in this small town, The guys were finalising details today so look out for some updates soon. Can't wait to catch up :Up_to_som Wendy

See you in a couple of weeks

Waiting to see what is happening with website before I modify the rear chrome sticker

Hey All,
Spent the weekend with the Tucks and had a lovely time as usual. Spent too much at the markets, but I have never found anything there I liked before today, so.....

The Bathurst run will officially commence at 10.30/11.00 am on the Saturday at the Kershaw Gardens carpark, on Knight St, off the Highway just north of the new bridge. After intro's and reaquiantences we will take a leisurely cruise taking in the great sights of Rockhampton, we will make for the Airport to meet up with The Don's. Sometime about now we expect the driving squad from Brissy. We will then take in lunch at HJ, or Ronalds.

We will then convoy to the Cap Coast and on to Byfeild to take in a Pottery Tour, before heading back to the motel to settle in for a few and a feed. There we may partake in a round of Putt-Putt Golf, a set of Tennis or a stroll along one of the best beaches the region has to offer. Our resident Evening Entertainment Organising Crew will no doubt have a few games to keep us going. Saturday evenings meal will be at the complex's Bar and Resturaunt.

We have sorted out the Screen, Thanks Pete and Lynn, and Sound System, Thanks Panda, and will settle in for an awesome day. Breakfast will be organised by myself, and will be a BBQ'd affair, and lunch can be organised on the weekend, with Pizza's, and several Takeaways within a short drive. It was suggested a Barbie for the Sunday evening, maybe with a seafood flavour, but once again, this can be arranged on the weekend.

An early start for the Monday, with the Clubs VP winging out, and we will all head on our way from there.

Looking forward to this trip, and seeing everyone together again.

ONLY 14 SLEEPS!!! :

Hi everyone
Just registered and looking at what's going on and found this thread.
Will rally the troup and see if we can make it up to Yeppoon.
We haven't done much since the Darwin trip so looking forward to this.
I've still got the "FALCON 45" on as well, still get comments.

Might go for a cruise past on Saturday at the Gardens and check out all the XR's. Wish there were more GTs to get together to have a run like this. Youse al have to post some pics after the weekend. Good luck with it. Didn't realise there were so many locals on here.

Hey bailey04,
We have a dedicated and pasionate group of guys and gals in CQ numbering about 20 to 30 members. We get together fairly often, and would not only welcome anybody along to say hi and have a sticky, but would love anybody who's car fits the club requirements(All Ford factory performance cars, EB XR's onwards, Sprints, All Tickford and FPV's) to join us both on our runs and into the club.

Any body interested, drop by the Gardens on Saturday while we are there and ask one of the members.

Hope to see as many of you as possible. :

The Baxters will be there with bells on as the babysitter is still available. Have a little bit of party mode left after the cruise and have plenty of photos to show you. Have just been told I cant have the Monday off! Anyhow some responsible people have to work to go on another holiday.

G'day All CQers,

I hope you all have a great weekend. I reckon it would be hard not to with the Tuckys and Foxes running amok, not to mention the delinquents that are heading up from Brissy.

Cheers and beers,

Ken. J

We will be thinking of you and our other mates.

Just a reminder to all who are coming we are meeting at Kershaw Gardens carpark at the Knight Street intersection of The Highway (ie opposite Main Roads) at approx 10.30am for a mid morning cruise then out to the airoport to meet up with our Brissy mates then ultimately to the coast for some FUn FUN FUN and a Ford win. As Amanda would say YEEEEEHAAAAAA

Hey All
Thought I would use Andrew's (Panda's) log on as I do not have my own... I just got my sh*t together with the last website and now I have to do it all over again! Yeech!
We will all be there on Saturday but will have to leave after the race on Sunday. Like you Tania.. some of us have to work. The littler ones have a pupil free day but the first born does not and I have to go to work!
Just letting you know I am all booked for my jump (ie. skydive) and I can't wait. So this little clan are off to Emu Park for a 4pm start on the Saturday afternoon!
By all weather reports on tv... we are in for a "mid-summer temperatures" weekend... so slip slop slap!
Be good!
