Default Club Night Cruise

G'day All,

Just a reminder that the next Club event (after the Indy Breakfast of course) is the Night Cruise on Saturday 29 Oct 05. I will be doing a drive of the route on Monday and finalizing the details. :eclipsee_

Look for an email in your inboxes on Monday night or Tuesday morning giving details of meeting places and times. As this is an official Club event it will be only open to Club members. It should be a corker so put aside the date and come along. I hope to see you there,

Cheers,

Ken

G'day All,

I drove the route today and all is set. Check your inboxes as I have sent out details in an email. As this is an official club event only club members are able to come along. Visitors are however, welcome to ride along in your car, the more the merrier. If you would like any further details PM me via this forum or drop the events crew an email.

Cheers,

Ken J

Just a quick reminder to all Clubbies that the Cruise is still on this Saturday night. For meeting places and times please refer to your events calendar. So far we have 18 cars so it should be a good night.

Cheers,

Ken

I may be able to make it depending on if I get away from work on time (finish at 6pm, will be cutting it fine). Put me down as getting there and I may have to meet up somewhere along the way if I have to work a bit of overtime. Ken, can you email or PM a phone number I can call on the night if I have to arrange a place to meet up?

Thanks

Lynton

G'day All,

Well what a night. 39 cars all in a row. It was a sight to behold. Thanks to everybody for a great evening. Beats staying home and watching the TV. It also makes it very worth while planning a cruise when all enjoy themselves. Thanks also the the guys and girls at the Pink Caddie. They did a sterling job considering I told them about 20 cars and 40 odd people. They got a shock when we flooded the place with the hungry hords (in Fords).

Again thanks to all that came along and I hope to see you all at the All Ford Day next Sunday.

Cheers,

Ken

Thanks for last night Ken, good to see such a big turn out for a night cruise and after last weekend again showing Ford's dominance on the streets of the Gold Coast and that wonderful sprint up around the back of Mt Tamborine through Canugra on our way to the Pink Caddie. (Never get sick of seeing all those Big Henry's).

Looking forward to the All Ford Day to show Brisbane, Fords best car club.

Shane & Kerri

Thumbs up Great night cruise

Thanks Ken for another great cruise.

It certainly does beat sitting at home watching TV or surfing Ford Forums! :

And nothing beats the milkshakes at the Pink Caddie.
Although I did have a quiet chuckle to myself when I was placing my order. I was one of the first ones in line and instead of giving out numbers the girl taking the orders was writing descriptions - and on mine she wrote 'FORD SHIRT' : I'm sure she didn't realise the number of FORD SHIRTS that were in the line up waiting to order! :

Cheers,
Glenda

Thanks for the ride in the gecko Lynton (and OMG for letting me drive her too).... what an absolutely awesome car :eclipsee_

Well I also had an awesome time on the cruise spectacular cars, fun roads and fabulous company – what more could you ask for?! I even got to use my ABS – now wasn’t that a thrill. :

It was my pleasure Drew, to give you a fang in the GT you really lived up to your nickname (C.W.) and Thank you for the spin in your refurbished masterpiece.

As for my other partners in crime – thank you again for yet another night full of laughs and hi-jinks. It’s never ever boring :

Hi there : Gonz, Blue Thunder here (Shane & Kerri) the club is going out to Warwick on Saturday 3/12/05 for our interclub 6 verses the mighty 8's motorsport challenge. :the_finge

If you are interested we are meeting at 8.00am Qld Raceway at Willowbank.

We both live on the northside of Brisbane so if you are interested we could meet up with you so you don't get lost as we believe you are new to Brisvegas.
