25th May 2014
Meet Place: KFC South Penrith, 1 Aspen Street, Just off Old Northern Road.
Meet time : 9am for 9.30am departure

Family day out including cruise mini cruise, show/shine & BBQ (a day for everyone)
$60 payable on day, $5 park admission, everyone else unless you are under 12. Butterfly Farm 446 Wilberforce Road, Wilberforce.

What time are we meeting, and what time are you expecting to race??

Having a look on the web, I can not find a KFC on the old Northern road... do you mean the one at Mulgoa Road, at Panthers, or do you have a full address?

As it is now known, most event attendances are not known until the day. This day is no exception. It is no problem organizing events, but numbers on the day are different to those committed. However in our case, late commitals (sounds like a funeral)are generally higher than those who commit early on. Go Kart track bookings are variable.
0900 meet for a 0930 departure

Please take note that BBQ lunch (Sausage Sizzle) is provided (including the knife!). There is a kiosk nearby that has drinks, hot chips, cappuccino, etc. Radios needed (one of mine disappeared!). The allocated BBQ area (which is booked) is near the pavilion. See you all at 0900 Sunday morning

Remember costs: $60 Go Karts, Public $5 entry fee and kids u/12 free.

Another great outing.....
Short cruise to Butterfly Farm, and got onto the carts a little earlier than expected... After two fifteen minutes, I was bushed....
Then the chefs got busy on the BBQ, and after bacon and sausage butties and a can of drink, all was right with the world..

Thanks for organizing, with quite a few joining is.. I think there were eight drivers this afternoon, let's do it again sometime soon.

What a top day.
As said above, only a short cruise but 30mins
in the go carts made up for the rest.
Great weather & a good feed to top it of.
Top family day out with the club.

Thanks Brett for good day out.You went pass me doing 120kms again on the track thank god the cops where not around.Good to see the same faces again having a good time.
