Default Price to supply and deliver rotors and pads

Matt - I have a 2007 BF Fairlane V8 and have that front brake "shudder" that seems endemic with that series.
Russ (this forum) has suggested DBA T2 rotors and EBC pads. Could you give me a price for supply and freight to P/C 2153?
