Default Summernats Club Day 2014

Hello all,

It’s less than a month away from Summernats so thought I’d better start the list of those wanting to put their cars in for club day on Sunday 5 January 2014

We don’t as yet have details of the meet time and location to get the passes however will keep you all posted on here.

Last year was a great turn out so would be great to get as many members cars as possible to promote the club

If I can work it out I might even bring both the XR6T and the GT for the day, we'll see.

Are we allowed to include passengers? If so I'll see if my kids want to come.

Nice work guys. My car will not be able to make it for this event, but I will just tag along with Ray. After new year, I will arrange to go and get the trailer from Bungendore. I think we will need it for the Marquees. We can sort out logistics of who tows the trailer in the new year.

Cheers
Stu

Hello all,

Although at this stage I dont have the cut off date for numbers the following details apply for the sunday for Club members/vehicles and their guests

Meet at: North East car park at Dickson College (same as previous years)
Time: 8.30am to 9.30am. (we would like all club members to be there at 8:30 so that we can all go in together)

We can all proceed in convoy to the service station gate where people will guide us into the arena.

This is the list that I have at this stage
1) Ray +2
2) Quasi +3
3) Stuart W (Depending if home then) +3
4) Chris H
5) Bruce
6) John B
7) Andrew W +2
8)
9)
10)

If their are any more please add your name asap.

Should be a great day.

Ray

Thinking Thursday or Friday at this stage Dave. I will try and make contact with Dane tomorrow as he has the keys that go with the trailer - I think Glenn has another set, if I cannot get hold of Dane.

On another note guys, on behalf of Ray (our event co-ordinator who is still away at this point), I have received a message from the Canberra Combinded Car Clubs advising that we do not have a deadline for numbers. Just turn up at the usual meet place Dickson College carpark to collect our passes.

Cheers
