Didn't California say they were going to succeed form the US and didn't need federal help in any way? Guess they will need Federal Support now.

The hole the water washed out of the main spillway is to the tune of 1.7 million

cubic yards of dirt and stone into the Feather river stopping the power station from

working, they need to shift this, happening at 80,000 cubic yards a day.

That's allot of dirt
