Default EF-EL crossmember

Is the front cross-member the same between the 6 cylinder and V8 where the engine bolts up or not , thanks in advance for the answer .

I thought they were but then you hear people referring to them to suit either a 6 or 8.

I would like to know what the differences are.

l was hopping some one would know before l try and fit a V8 to a 6 cylinder car and find it dosen't line up because l could chase up the right one before l start the job that's why l asked the question first , I'll find out with in the next month or so and let you guys know then seeing as no one seams to know.

EF/EL are the same, its only EA-ED where there was a difference.
