Hi everybody , looking to buy . i'm wondering if there is anyone in the Perth metro area in WA that may have a full set of tickford wheel nuts x20 and lock nuts ( if possible ) for sale i believe the length is 55mm , au xr 6/8 had them and ef/el may be the same , so if you can help out with a full set in good condition would appreciate it , ( ts50 t3 wheels look funny with short nuts ) . Search facility is your friend. For anything T series look in the T series Appreciation Room

see here https://fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=11461733

So Dingo is an authority on wheel nuts and sells parts.

You could also PM CATXR8 (Mal) who has another thread either here on on the clubs Facebook about new wheel nuts and lock nuts

Thanks for that have been doing alot of googling and yes you can still get the ertve 1012a wheel nuts from bay ford as they are the only one with some , The cost for 1wheel nut - 1 only is $76 , are you kidding me it's not solid gold FFS the same wheel nut with no tickford prefix is $23 for one nut , ford are a bunch of ........ when it comes to there product . Really don't know how they get away with it . so found on a few wheel company sites they list a 60mm wheel nut which is the same lenth as factory and i can get 20 nuts and a set of lock nuts for me wheels for little over $120. Would have liked to fit the proper ford product but at that rip off cost the alternatives will be fine for me . so thanks to both of you for your replies but now have it sorted . Cheers J

yes had seen all the options for the correct nuts on evilbay , but as i pointed out it's not made of gold so why the silly prices . even the guy making the genuine looking reproductions it still adds up to a fair price just for nuts . The ones i got from speedy wheels are 60mm long and apart from the chrome dome end being slightly different to original who cares as they were only $4 each. As i have all front offset they are the correct length for my wheels , So again thanks for the input guys but all sorted .

TS50 T3 rear nuts are 68mm long. Not 60mm

I've got four 60mm nuts I removed 65 years ago from my old EF XR8....removed them to fit lock nuts.

Although I am very emotionally attached to them as they are all that I have of the old girl, I'm prepared to part with them so that you may go some way towards realizing your dream:
