Thumbs down Still having hassles with BTA

I spoke to them today and got told the same story for the last 5 weeks... They are flat out with bookings and will try and take the gearbox out at the end of the week. I doubt that this will happen. I'm amazed at how laid back they are about it. I'm a manager myself and if you supplied something faulty or have a warranty problem, you get that customer priority.

They were quick and happy to take the $2600.00 off me for the box in a hurry when I bought it

Then perhaps you have a chat with Office Of Fair Trading, and see what they would think as a reasonable time for them to respond.... and I think that five weeks without access to your car is unreasonable....

I think that armed with these facts, then you can re-approach, and ask them to re-consider the order of business. New customers come from looking after your current and repeat business customers. If you do not, then you find that the new business dries up.....
