Default ford laser air filter hose

hey guys,
i have a 1998 ford laser and the air filter hose connecting from the throttle body to the airbox/airfilter is starting to slightly split. i am wanting to replace it asap so nothing bad happens and was wondering if anyone knows where i can pick one up for a cheap price.
also, would it be better to get a cold air instake hose instead?
any suggestions would be much appreciated
