Whatever floats ya boat.... That time would be better spent driving the thing.

It's an ASTRA FFS, not a Supacar.

lol, wow that so much pain to go through... what if he went for a drive behind a semi, all his work would be destroyed.

lol, Marty and John have a lot to catch up!

Thats just insane what this guy's doing!! I mean it is a limited edition car, but cars are suppose to be driven, not "presoaked in Citrus degreaser and snowfoamed"!!!

i just read the thread... started it last night.

.....

...he's in england... it's going to rain in 10 minutes? But seriously, wow. It's a great build but... it's an astra. if he put half as much work into the horses than the paintwork i'd be impressed. But thats over the top.

Not the astra!

Nah this was a good read, seen it a few years back. Lots of work, but more then just a detail. Almost a re work.

*EDIT*

This is a different car. the one i remember was blue!

you have got to be joking. that guy is way too over the top. imagine if he got a ferrari. he would freak and lock himself and his car up and never come out. im surprised he doesnt park it in one of those temperature controlled air filtered bubbles. btw what does he clean his bike like that before he puts it on the wall? otherwise all the dirt from the bike is going to get on the car.

but as said before its just going to rain as soon as he takes the car out anyway.

1 vote for- stooge.

Hmm If i had the chance i would give the typhoon that treatment no sweat... Most cars when they are from factory are not clean and the paint is realley terrible.. Also once its clean and done like he has done it makes it easy to keep clean...

Once its clean like that evan if it does rain it will still be clean...
