Default easy power for 99 laser

what are some easy power upgrades for a 99 1.6L manual apart from exhaust and air intake? Does anyone happen to know how does cams for them?
Is in maybe possible to bolt a Zetec 2.0l in it? thanks Shaun

theres a bolt-on turbo kit you can buy off ebay for them. there about 3k its the kits for the Mazda Astina
