could someone please advise how to remove the dipstick tube from WB Festiva

Sorry mate, not familiar with the engine, you will have to sus it out, but Usually they are either bolted to the block with bracket somewhere............ or just a tight fit, tapped in carefully with a hammer and a block of wood or a soft hammer, either type can be a tight fit that might take a bit of muscle to get out,
usually a pair of multi grips or pliers, (i would probably stay away from vice grips unless it is a very sturdee tube, you don't wanna crush it !) with a bit of vigorous twisting motion while pulling upwards will get them out, good luck.
