Default Fairlane interior

Hi

just a quick question does nc fairlane or ed fairmont seats bolt to a ef/el and can you take back and base off the rails and bolt to ef/el runners

and has anyone got any pictures and diagrams to wire up ef mirrors in ed to go off because want to fit ed mirrors to the ef as like them better and one needs replacing.

thanks for any help you’s can give

Short answer = No.

Due to the EF/L having a different floor to the EA/B/D (same with LWB) the rails for the front seats are different. I'm unsure why you want to put an older interior in.

You will need to change the window seal, well I had to on the DC when I changed to the later mirror. From memory, it wasn't plug and play and had to swap two wires. Sorry I don't recall which two. Pretty sure there are schematics in AFF

Could they be separated from rails and bolted on different rails
