Default (VIC) TE engineerd with a 351??

hey guys not sure where to put this but dads thinking of buying a TE cortina and putting a 351 in it whats required for the engineers cert thanks

A state might help as different states have different rules.

Good luck!!! i doubt you'll get it now as the rules have changed.
I think you'll find the only way to do it now is to buy one already done with existing engineering certificate.

it is still possible to do but the cost time ect is enormous look at the below link and go to the part on vic roads to find an engineer in your area and ask questions
