Hello all,
At the club meeting mast week we discussed the possibility of doing a BBQ lunch and drinks for the Bathurst Race. This is an Expression of Interest at this stage to see how many people are interested in attending. I have said that I am happy to hold it at my place so would like numbers to see if there is any interest. I will set up my projector so we've got it on a BIIIG screen. The club will provide the food and soft drinks and alcohol will be B.Y.O. When: Sunday 11 October 2015 Where: Wanniassa ACT (Address will be sent to all members attending) Time: Anytime from 11:00am (race kicks off at 12:00pm) Lunch: BBQ will start at 12:00pm If you are interested in attending please add your name to the list below. Ok got confirmation from Dave B as well.
Ok, so far ive got confirmation from the following Ray (I have 2 friends from Adelaide that will be here as well) Stuart W Garry Drew John B Dave and Mikey B Looking forward to it. Anytime from 10am, as mentioned above, race starts at 11am I have 4 outdoor chairs and 2 camp chairs so if a couple of people want to bring a chair with them that would be great. The club will be providing meat, salad and soft drink so please bring what ever else you'd like to drink (I like American Honey :p haha) I will have a very large esky with ice in it that you can put your drinks in to as well Look forward to seeing you all here Ray
