for around 20 people we are going to need a fair bit, i think it would be better if we all just bring our own, much easier but thats just my opinion

Just so i can organise a few items like the funny car do we want it there or not i'm not fussed either way, if it adds to the spectacle of our stand then i guess it's a good thing otherwise i'm happy to leave it at the workshop.

Where are we located exactly as the funny car is not an easy car to move around.

And if i'm bringing it down at what time? i read somewhere 5.00am..........well forget that territorys wont start until 6.30am.

Or do we discuss this at next weeks club meeting?

Cheers CC

Sounds like a good plan, any ideas of a place?

In regard to time of 0600hours, apparently gates open 0700hours, but this way we can beat the masses and not be stuck lining up for hours.

If people are bringing food etc for themselves, good idea, just make sure some one brings a bbq. Mine won't fit in my car!!

I'll be at the spot in Dandenong at the nominated time. Really looking forward to it.

I'll be bringing the Esky, @ Gaela (Chilly Bin) Stocked with my requirements for the day. That keeps my costs down.

The Toyota dealer would be cool, if we are traveling via Western Ring Road. Does everyone have a e tag? Citylink would be quicker. If so could meet Water Gardens car park?

That sounds like a great idea as you said Citylink would be quicker and easier. And for meeting at Watergardens carpark that sits perfect for me only around the corner :

I haven't got an eTag... But that's no issue, I'll just purchase a weekend pass. So it's water gardens at 5 then?

Ron, you are probably better off buying a w/end pass mate for $11 bux. If you really want to get your monies worth use out it, buy it on a friday and drive up and down a few times....

I think, we'll be hitting Mackas for breakie, a i have a full car on the day.

Will still meet & greet at 0600 in front of KFC, service lane, off Princess Hwy!
