Default Trouble with the threads

When I log in I can see on the right hand side the "Last threads" which is up to date but when I go into a thread on the left hand side I cant see any post past about the 23rd March. Any suggestions?

Are they only one page threads? Which mode do you have your thread viewing set to?

Cheers
