This event will NOT be a Ford V Holden. Flyers and entry forms will be sent out to all regional car clubs of ALL makes and models. Molloy is your event organiser, it is still only early in the organising stage, and Autobarn Taree has not received the new dyno yet, but i think March is still looking good. Any questions on this event, you can send Molloy a PM.

by chance is it a black r34 from wingham? any type of performace car is welcome, more details will be posted up soon.

I reckon if it's gonna be all types of cars then we should make it a huge day,

trophies the works and maybe with x amount of entrants we could get "paulie" for say $60 or something?? As he probably would get us some spectators?

Already done, trophys, 60 entrants, show and shine, radio and newspapers, and public spectators, and the club selling food and drink. Just be patient, all is in the pipeline now.

Nah its not an R34 from wingham is a bit older. Sounds like its going to be a big event should be interesting to see what comes out of peoples sheds to try and win something.

Sounds big, but serious from east coast holdens club we will probly have 5 cars max turn up as the next couple of months are pritty big with shows and cruises, but my brother in law my bring his lx 590 hp 350 chev down from qld but its to far away for him to make a call if hes coming or not

After getting aproval from the real estate people and Autobarn Port Macquarie (Autobarn Port Macquarie is the clubs sponsor NOT Autobarn Taree) And the club thanks Ted at Autobarn Port Macquarie for the permission. We can now officialy say this event will now take place on the 3rd of May. Letters are being drawn up this week and being sent out to ALL car clubs that are "advertised" in the surrounding area, and entry forms handed out. There will be a maximum of 50 cars on the dyno for the day, AND WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ON THE DAY ENTRIES (unless there is room for more) Entry forms will be available next week (Feb 23rd) There will also be a show and shine for those that dont want to put their cars on the dyno, but want to show it off. THIS EVENT IS OPEN TO ALL MAKES AND MODELS OF CARS, and is open to cars that do not belong to car clubs. BUT ALL VEHICLES ENTERING ON THE DAY (DYNO AND SHOW AND SHINE) MUST PRE ENTER WITH MONEY PAID! As we have limited room and a cut off at 50 vehicles. Prices and details are on entry forms, and will be available at Autobarn Taree and other buisneses in the Port Macquarie and Taree area. The Mid North Coast Ford Owners Club is hosting the event and will have food and drink on sale, and will also be handing out trophies to catorgory winners. The event will be advertised on radio and hopefully television soon, as all money raised on the day will go to Careflight to raise money for a dialysis machine, Careflight will be there on the day taking donations. There will be no limits for what brand of car enters as it will be first in with money paid first serve. More information will be posted shortly. Sounds good, but unfortunatly the 3rd is our clubs pre mothers day cruise so i dont know how many will turn up.
