Default Transit Custom update 2017
Just thought I'd share that next year Transit Custom is coming with all-new 2.0L TDCI 130kW/405Nm Euro6, 6-speed auto, optional drivers-side sliding door, sadly no Sync3 yet.

It would be nice if we got the 3.5L Ecoboost V6 or the 3.2L I5 like the US Transit has.

The Transit EcoBoost V6 absolutely flies! I would like to see it get the Lion diesel and 10-speed. Add AWD option.

Maybe now a proper auto is available someone in charge here might decide to do so....on a side note, you should see the UK Ford pricelist for the Transit Custom, runs to 25 pages of options and vehicle combinations, from normal/high roof, swb/lbw, van, kombi, bus, spec levels of Base, Trend, Limited, a sports version with 132 colour options , 18" alloys, stripes, leather......

Hi can anybody tell me if the 12v power socket in the rear is active all the time or on a timer to shut off at a certain time after the vehicle has been locked .?
