Google isn’t helping me, so thought I’d ask here.
I’m coming up to the end of a 4 week shut down swing where I’ve been on nights the whole time. The original plan is my last night being Thursday and then Friday, Saturday and Sunday off, then back to regular day shift. It’s possible that the shut for me will end a bit earlier, I’m curious what the minimum time is between changing from nights to days is. It’s probably different between industries, but surely it’s at least 48 hours? Like I said google has been no help and no I haven’t asked my employer yet because they wouldn’t have a clue...and I’d like to have a bit of an idea before it happens. Cheers!
