I m searching for a ds/large Tickford AU1 headlight protector..was told this is on the protector i m thinking about buying..can anyone help identify the part.

It is a Ford part number but not quite right.
AU2 13000 A HEADLAMP PROTECTORS, FITTING TOOL MUST BE USED, XR They were about $102 last time we updated the parts DB but that was 5 years ago. Cheers Russ

It is both - the use of AU2 in the numbering only indicates that it supercedes the previous part number. As there is also no AU3 part listed the AU2 part will also be suitable for those.

Earl your Number AU2-13000-A (RH) is the RH Headlight Cover that fits AU XR8 Series 2 & 3 it was part of the kit AU2-13000-A you could only purchase them as a pair with the the fitting kit less the tool also this cover will not fit AU XR8 Series 1
The 04/00 means when it was made April 2000 i hope this info is of some help to you. regards Dingo
