Just had a look on google maps, nice long straight before a corner and bang, on the grass and into the house.

Yeah, the Tele (paper version) said it was freshly restored and the st wheel came loose, so maybe tabloid-speak for a disconnect in the steering linkage(s)?

A PREGNANT woman is at Westmead Hospital suffering serious head and leg injuries after a car crashed into a house in Windsor Downs.

Furious driving sounds like one of those BS hoon laws which are poorly defined and easily beaten in court due to lack of definition like excessive acceleration.

Hopefully the house owners aren't getting screwed over by their home insurance. It sucks to have to use your own insurance due to the actions of a complete and utter moron but Victims of crimes take so long to give financial aid.

car was finished on friday, steering wheel came off (nut wasn't on) no insurance or rego

Accidents happen, thats why the spare parts and repair industry do so well.

Sometimes the consequences of accidents are small ie sorry about that, ill pay for it

This accident is no different. How many trucks are out on the roads at the moment with defective brakes for example? Cootes transport anyone?
