I was toying with the idea of using blue bulbs in my turn signals and side repeaters... probably illegal though, as blue light is supposedly the least visible colour of the spectrum.

I was in Geelong on Wednesday and I saw a red WP Zetec Fez (no stripes) around noon on Malop Street (I think it was Malop... the one that passes in front of Myer). Didn't get a good look at the driver though. Then 20 minutes later as i was leaving Geelong I saw a white WQ Zetec near the Ford plant. Didn't see the driver either.
Were any of you out and about at that time?

Contact a local sign writer, or someone who specialises in Vehicle wraps/ signage. Anyone in that industry will be able to help.

Otherwise you can pay for me to come to Sydney and i'll do them for you :-)
I preffer to stay at the Hyatt if possible ... hehehehe

Attn Grafico:

How would the ST stripe kit differ on the WQ Fiesta instead of the WP?

I'm gonna place the order for a stripe kit as soon as they're ready, but just wanna double check they are also available for the WQ Fez.

Cheers!

Theres no difference to the sheet metal on the WQ so Id imagine for the tailgate roof and bonnet its the same. However the front and rear bumpers differ a little so i'd imagine thats where the stripe templates would differ.

Hi, The kits are pre cut stripes but the edges you just cut to suit, so it wouldn't be a problem if there was a little extra or less on the bumpers etc.

Kits are ready to go, so just let me know!

Hi, yes that flouro green can be made, however would cost a little more as the vinyl price is higher. If you would like to go ahead let me know and i'll get a price.

i havent checked the forum for ****ing ages. stillhaven't seen any of you guys on the road at all.

i did my stripes without any templates. (just automotive vinyl and a blade!)

the color is not green its Metalic Bronze with white outlines, and different to the ST design. total cost?....... $72 and a whole day of trial and error hahah ;)

Hi, just tought I would weigh into this foray.

I bought the stripes from Ford UK, genuine items. I got a local guy to fit them. He only charged me $100.00 (cashie job..) to fit them. He did a fantastic job. This included the ST side stripes as well as the front bumper, bonnet, roof, tailgate and rear bumber stripes. Gotta be happy with that.

Yeah, they only go half way over the front and rear bumbers, bur good old Ford Europe designed the bumpers to be compatible with the ST150's. I think they look spot on, exactly as intended.

If you are in Perth, PM me and I will give you his dtls.

Go the Esta!

Simon

p.s. will update pic as soon as new WQ rims on....
