Read my edited post.
Cars drop 20% when registered/driven away.
He'll be lucky to get 22,500.
Probably over revved it and wants to recoup his losses.

$22'500 seems like an awesome bargain..

He is leaving overseas next month according to his text and the $20k was a mistake apparently so that explains that.

In most cases gumtree is dodgy for anything haha

Ah, when I finally found the right ad it said 25K.
I still think he will struggle at that price.
Plus, carsales is the place to sell, not gumtree.

If anyone is interested, I'm selling mine. Not up on carsales yet.

I'm asking $26k with my mods (Bluefin, CAI, custom catback by Hitech, HR Springs, Mountune short shift, TWM gear knob). $24k without.

Won't really budge on that as a dealer has already offered me a very good deal. So if you want it before the dealer adds another $3k on top of it, ping me.

Nothing wrong with it at all. Just upgrading to a bigger car.

Happy to return it to stock if anyone wants. Also has extended warranty.

New Audi S3. Bit more practical. To be honest, I love this little car, but I don't have the best back in the world. It's been getting worse over the last while. The ride (even without the lowered springs) is too harsh for me.

I may have a few parts up for sale if anyone is interested. I have no plans on removing the short shift kit though!

Nice Con, I'm trading my MY11 S3 for the new shape too. Great price on them now (I paid $78k back in 2010).

Cant wait to move to the Auto and 4 doors and a less "look at me colour"

I'm keen on some parts you might have, PM me what you got!

Nice. Yeah, I couldn't resist on it. I've always been a VW/Audi fan. This is actually my first non German car. It's nice, don't get me wrong. I love it. But at the young age of 35, I need a little something more packaged.

Got a good deal on a fully loaded one in Misano Red (minus the roof rails), delivered end of Jan. So had to jump on it. The price really has dropped a lot on these. And love how Audi has finally packaged up options!

S3 is much nicer all round than the Fiesta ST, but its in a different price category.

Mmmmm Misano red, that's the pearl red.. I went with phantom black, s sports seats, b & o sound for a decent deal but deliver is Feb..

Once you take delivery it wont take long before you start getting that APR itch..

Did you look at the A45 AMG? Or is that out of the budget?

I'm not a fan of the A45. To me it's trying to hard to be something it's not...a true AMG car. It's too boy racer for me.

No APR for me dude. I despise them with a passion. Long, bad history. I refuse to use them ever again. I will look at others.

Too right, I could have 2 X FiSTs for the price of one of those. But with the S3 it's not really a hot hatch, it is a luxury hatch,.

ConST, how can you say your FiST is not german, it was built in a factory in germany by germans, might not have been designed there but it was created there. That's like saying that Toyotas built in Oz, are jap!

It is in a different category. I still consider it a hot hatch. Hot luxury hatch.

It's built in Germany, sure, but it's still a Ford! US of A!

Came in to this one a little late. Agree with you on APR Con (had a similar experience). The car I had before my ST was a Polo GTI. Had it tuned by DNA Tuning. Was on Stage 1 for about 3 years with no issues. One to think about ;)

Theres a blue FiST that has been sitting on the showroom floor at Berwick Ford for a while. Either it isnt moving, or they arent too keen to move it due to the continued popularity of it!

Default Fiesta ST - Supply vs Demand

There may individual dealers who resell APR, but since the head distributor Guy Harding is the biggest ******** on the planet who thinks he's better than everyone else, I refuse to give them a red cent. Never met a bigger ***** in my life.

Btw, this is me speaking nicely about him.

I've ran them all in the past. If a HPA makes a tune for the S3 I'm going with that. Had it in my Roc R and loved it!

Was that the current twin-charged GTI, or the previous turbo manual one?

Hi folks new addition to this forum and bump of this thread. Anyone know anymore about delivery dates. I ordered in November with a contract date delivery of Feb. Apparently they couldn't secure me one on that shipment and have said now a March build with April delivery.

I ordered the FW...
