Default [QLD] Twisted Spectacular anyone?

Well, its that time of year again guys n' girls, all you 'bitchamine' runners.
School Holidays coming up, so its time for the Twisted Spectacular again.

Anyone suggest a date, I think a Saturday or Sunday is best as it allows for the family to attend at a great picnic spot.

While the basic Ford Six was code named Barra, the Turbo version clearly deserved its very own moniker – again enter Gordon Barfield.
We asked him if the engine had actually been called “Seagull” and how that came about.
“Actually it was just call “Gull”, because I named it that. Because we knew it was going to poo on everything”.

It's time for a Winter [QLD] bseries run. The idea being to hold it on a Saturday/Sunday so here we go.
I have selected a family day, thrown in a picnic spot, which includes an area safe for the kids, which has a shop/cafe. As well the picnic spot has a spectacular waterfall to view.
On the way you get to stop in a grassed area with toilet handy.
After the first stop comes the twisted bit...... the road up there and down again...... fun, fun, fun folks, an spectacular views as well.

1. So it's meet at Yomanto shopping Center, just off the Warrick Road at 10am Saturday or Sunday.
2. Then off to Boonah, where we will have a short stop, great place for Photos and plenty of parking and facilities.
3. Next stop Queen Mary falls, the twisted bit with the spectacular views and the falls picnic area at the top.
Bring the family and a picnic basket... There is a shop/cafe as well. Walk to the falls etc.
Great day out!
Who's comming?

Sorry Simon, the price of petrol is becoming a killer for a "cruise" at the moment.
Hope to see you next Saturday at the car detailing clinic.

I told everyone you were smart, you are right AS USUAL.

Post up some enternts & some ideas from some on a Day/Date and we'll run an excellent cruise.
This years run WILL NOT run down through Killarny, Woodenbong & Beaudesart like last years, due to the costs of fuel. The Cruise will terminate at the Parking Area at Queen Mary Falls.

Not to be missed guys as a family cruise, a great day out......
