Clutch/presure plate, fly wheel, clutch cable, spigot bearing. uhm tailshaft ? fluid.

EA box would work, but you'd be better off trying to find a good nick EF-EL box IMO. I think the EA boxes are weaker and they have a smaller clutch.

I got an ea box in mine (after I broke the EL one!!!) and it goes great, the clutch is the same size ( know this because I just bought one for an EL and it fits and works). The only real differences are the gear ratios and the EA box doesn't have synchro on the reverse.

Got lucky with the ECU cause the wrecker sold it to me for an extra $100. I'm still using the auto's tailshaft cause the manual one seemed kinda dodgy. If you get it done and you're not doing it yourself make sure that you trust the person doing it as it can get ugly in the wrong hands as mine did. I'm on my third box by the way due to dodgy install jobs (never trust an ex-ford service tech). But apart from the stuff ups and the extra cash that's been thrown at it it was probably the best mod i've ever had done to it. Lots more fun to drive. Just make sure that you get a new clutch and clutch cable when you put it in.
