Default F6 tuned by CMS

I just want to say a big thanks to Joe and the boys at CMS for tuning my car. This is the second car Joe has done for me and he hasnít let me down again. Being my usual self, I put the pressure on Joe by getting the car done quickly before I went on a 5 week holiday overseas. I got the car back the day before I flew out as I didnít want to worry about doing it when I got home and it also gives me something to look forward to coming home.

Picked up the car and woah! The stock FG F6 has enough go to bring a smile to my face but holy *****, the thing is an absolute weapon now. I only got to drive it for one day and now I am in Europe, I am itching to get home to drive it again. If anyone is pondering about tuning their turbo then definitely do it and I recommend CMS without a doubt to do it. The boys are great, you can walk into the workshop and all the guys know your name and say hello and are always friendly and happy to talk shop. Makes you feel like you are not just a customer but a fellow car enthusiast. Joe isnít just about winding up the boost and that is it, he does a lot more in the tune to make it safe and driveable as if it was stock and to me, that is very important as it is my daily and an integral part of my job.

Here is a list of what I got done.

Herrod CAI
Xforce 3.5Ē from the turbo back.
Rapid V1 intercooler
80Ē Deka Injectors
Turbo actuator
Tune

This netted me a safe and reliable 350rwkw. I am not sure what is pulled stock, Joe, did you do a before run?

Cheers, Ben

Congrats mate! I'm getting mine tuned in 2 days time, can't wait, hope to get similar power figures to you..
What sorta boost pressures are you running - also Joe do you routinely do the actuator mod when fitting the turbo back exhaust?

Well I'm going with a turbo dump pipe and high flow cat option, but the IC will be the PWR stepped cooler.
I had tossed up the option of going the X-force turbo back exhaust, but was told by my tuner either the turbo housing would need to be modded or the actuator mod done, as the housing can have variances?
In the end opted for "stealth" and skipped the turbo back exhaust. I just wonder why X-force would create a turbo back system that wouldn't just "bolt on" and not require mods to the housing or actuator..

Marcyeo, the xforce exhaust is worth it but a bigger exhaust will cause more boost so that is why an actuator will be required, it is worth doing and doesn't cost that much for peace of mind and more boost!
