Default Please lengthen your message to at least 20 characters.

Why the 20 character limit guys?? Seen too many posts of late that have crap such as "nsjwnbfnkacdgtelpsvhjadj", "20 character limit :P", "have I reached the character limit yet?" type crap added to bottom of members posts just so that the character limit is reached. Guilty of this myself. 20 is a little too much, how about 10 minimum?, or preferbly, no limit at all.

It should be lessened because
PM SENT
&
YOU HAVE A PM
both don't meet post criteria.

That's probably going to stop a few tautologies in my shorter posts.

If you have the option ticked in your user CP then yes it would. You also have the choice to be notified by email for a PM.

Anyway, it wasn't just the "You have a PM" type posts that the 20 character limit restricted. There'd be 100's, but you weren't able to post up simple stuff like a thank you, thanks, how are you?, well done!, etc, ect, ect.. unless you babble on like I'm doing right now.

It's all good now, think a lot of members will be happy. Good work guys, thanks.

im not really fussed what the limit is, but anything that stops people adding comments about getting to the limit after their text gets my vote! that was really starting to get annoying!

Thanks guys, good to see changes being made according to user input, not like some other sites I've seen.
