Default 2013 Focus Diesel gearbox oil hose replacement??

Hi All this is my first post ,and it's a question?? I know this is easy for some.. I have an oil leak from the gearbox to the oil filter, and yes I can replace the hose, but I am unsure how to remove it, yes if you look at the photo provided you will see two small grip tabs, only one can be seen in the picture, anyway do you pull-push,or slide these tabs ??to remove the hose ??
I have marked the small tab with a white arrow.
