Default Where to buy: Holden Calais 2006 VE Antenna Base

Hi Guys.

I need to replace a broken Antenna and Base on a friends car that got hit with a football.

He had an 8cm 'Bee Sting' after market antenna that are only $20 from Ebay. However I also need a new Base.

They are $120 from Holden (just the base). But does anybody know where I can buy them from aftermarket?

Cheers.

You are asking about holden on a ford forum but .....

Try the local wreckers.

Some holden and ford parts where actually the same for a while in fact, if you look on the back of some interior lights you will find both ford and holden part numbers.

Depending on where you're located the local pick-a-part may well have a few VEs in stock - the base is the same regardless of trim level, so it doesn't matter if they only have omegas.

Worst part is having to drop the headlining to replace it.
