Will need to sit in Fiesta ST to see if I fit (tall not fat 6' 4"), if it pass that test will peg money at dealer.

Not impressed with **** sound symposer, but will probably end up enjoying it!

On a side note; maybe a new thread on Fez ST 3 door since that's the one Aus is getting, avoids future confusion anyway.

Will there be digital radio?

I like the symposer, i had it in my XR5T aswell although that didnt need it as the exhaust note needed to be heard. The ST though isnt quite in the same league in that dept unfortunately.

I'm curious, too. @ 6'3"ish I can comfortably drive my 3-door Toyota Echo in manual transmission, but I have no where to rest my left foot when cruising on the highway.

I'm still awaiting for these to show up in Australia. It's looking like it's still a few months away.
Can anyone confirm/deny?

Wheels said August/September.

I'm 6'5 and 115kg. And more than comfortable in the 5 door Fiesta.
Have driven 3 hours plus and got out without aches or pains.
Installed an armrest though which does make a difference.

Went in to my local Ford dealership today to enquire about the ST. The salesman I spoke to simply said "You'd know more than me, mate" :p

But he said August release, and should have more details this time next month.

What was interesting was that he said they'd come in the same colours as the Focus ST (but maybe not Tangerine Scream, since they're phasing it out, he believes).
And that there might be a bright blue colour the same as what the Mazda 3 has.

I'm so torn. I'm ready to buy a XR6 / G6E Turbo, but for the price and fun factor I think waiting 6 weeks for the Fez ST might be a go.

BFYB I think the Fiesta ST will gave few equals, but it's a very different car to an XR6/G6E Turbo.

This member posted a download link, with instruction, on how to do it myself. One week on, the unit hasn't played up once. Three different dealers told me to virtually 'Live with it.

Fez ST with a set of coilovers and a tune will be a massive sleeper!

That Focus looks epic!!

Never thought I'd like the Fez ST in performance blue, but it looks quite menacing.

Any chance we could put all this discussion in the 3-door ST thread?
The 5 door ST isn't coming, so this thread is done.

Personally, I'm gutted that the 5 doors not coming. Rules the car out for me.

I've found that 3-doors are easier to get in and out of, and offer better visibility due to the B-pillar being further back. Twisting and reaching over your right shoulder to grab the seat belt can be a pain however.
