I remember reading in the club magazine of one of the member making a firewall re-enforcement plate to suit E-Series Falcons to eliminate the clutch cable tearing a hole through it.
Anyone know who it was?

I had one made too.
2 plates either side of the firewall. got a panel beater to do it. He thought I was going overboard by getting 2 plates, but I didnt want to have to fix it again. (first time it just cracked, 2nd time I ripped a whole the size of a 50c coin in the firewall)

I can make up a bracket If you want...It fits over cable to inside guard suspention bolt.Stops flex...Can do for $50.00...
The firewall will need fixing first though... The bracket stops this happening.... Yes Kelli I know!!! when do these things let you down?? At home??? Never!!!
