Just wondering if we are allowed to put stuff in our signatures that our promoting our non car related services? Just a simple line like "offering this if interested shoot me a PM"?

There are no hard and fast rules as such. As a general rule of thumb, we allow sigs that are related to personal service businesses that are owned by our members as their personal effort but it is entirely at the discretion of the mods.
