For our two wheel fans, don't forget that this weekend is the Moto GP, Dutch TT at Assen in Holland. This is one of the great rounds of the season so don't get tricked up and prepare for a late night viewing on Sunday night...it is broadcast early Sunday morning at 1:40am on Ten.

GO CASEY STONER...and for those who went to Bundy they will know exactly who he is...and Pedrosa, and Rossi and Caparossi!!!

Ahhh, Casey Stoner #27

go anyone that rides a kwaka!!! usually seen mid-back of pack.. motogp is so much better that f1, which has become boring... motogp is exciting and is not as dominated by one person as f1 IMHO... yes yes yes... rossi i hear you say... well there is other riders that can beat him.. but is an amazing rider.

Don't forget Chris Vermulen, he's a Queenslander (Yandina) & the Suzy is coming along well, improving every race.

Got that right tufLTD, Vermulan and Hopkins have been getting the two Rizla Suzis' up the front, and in top form, and Vermulan seems to be keeping the bike upright a little more than Stoner as well! The whole of the Caloundra and Kawana would have heard the bad language when Stoner came off in Catalunya! And to get up to 1st around the 1st corner from eigth and twice in a row after the red falg incidenct was queit incredible.

No doubt I have passed you around the traps living around Clowntown! Keep an eye out for the red AU1 with the 747 plates and give us a wave mate!

Jeff, the cheek of you mate!!!

Stoner stayed on this week for a fourth place, but no thanks to ABC radio news because as I was just about to turn the radio off at 1:20am Sunday morning, then ABC Coast FM decides to broadcast the results prior to the televised coverage. I had another beer for that effort!!! :monkes:

Unhappy Stoner unfortunately Stoned!

Well, after a couple of 4th places recently our young gun was just a bit to quick in practice yesterday in Germany and had an off at 240kmph which resulted in concussion and the inability to race last night which was a damn shame. Our Sunshine Coaster did a splendid job though and got himself up to 7th and was not far behind the lead pack and a very exciting race across the line between Rossi, Hayden, Pedrosa and Melandri...go the MOTO!!!

Thanks Ash!

Yep, Stoner a little hot under brakes had an unfortunate low side and was put out of the race. But like a mate at work says, Stoner's got the speed, so all he has to do is learn how to stay on. Him coming off proves he is pushing the bike to the limits and hopefully he'll learn where that limit is, SOON!!!

Vermulan had a good run from pole but chose a medium on the front as opposed to Hayden's hard on the front (so to speak!) therefore, grip for Hayden in the second half of the race. Well done to the Yanks on home soil! And a 1,2 for Doohan's old factory Honda team. It's just a shame we don't have Baz to commentate with Daz for us any more.
