Claims to be factory EL XR6 front on an EF XR6 Wagon...
Strange - given its a 95 model car (that front wasn't seen until late 96 on an EL XR6)...
Nice though - manual... (claims only 146 made - can anyone confirm)

476 ef xr6 wagons made. 278 auto, 198 manual. i tend to believe those who have already obviously mentioned it to him that it isn't factory. the nose cone and cargo area have been updated with el parts. i did the same to my xr6 wagon in the cargo area.

first i've heard of factory lpg looking like that. even if it was factory, the tickford setup didn't look like that.

my question was going to be if they put an EL front on from factory - why didn't they also use the EL airvents in the bonnet... (EF style fitted)...

I'd love to find out the breakdown on colours if anyone knows more...
(obviously i'm curious as an owner of an XR wags...)
Mines white... Auto... (looked and looked for manual for 12 months... couldn't find)...

i know they came in white and polynesian as mine was white and the brother's was polynesian.

they also come in cobalt, grey, red, heritage. i think thats all. cobalt ones in ef are pretty rare as there were quality issues with the blue. actually i think i may have seen a dark blue one around as well.

Re the XR6 wagon - if it is on LPG - where are the LPG stickers on the plates? Also why would you get the Tickford motor only to put it on gas? Pretty much undoes the performance gain.
