260 000k's. Still feels amazing and drives no different than it used to (better with the manual haha), but I'd prefer it to have less. 260 thou makes it sound like an old bomb.

240,000 on the 1991 XR8 and still going well. Doing all the fluids on the weekend including diff and box and all filters. Will drive like a new car. Cant believe it takes 16 litres of coolant!!!!!! Far out I am glad I only have to do that every 20000km!!

Look after an engine and it will do half a million no probs.

wait until it gets up around 320,000 like mine - the noise I had this afternoon from a sticking lifter, I felt sure it would be almost that time to pull the head off and give it a bit of a reco - all come good again but I think It's about time I do something about it. (I've got the gaskets and head bolts - now how much was that Wade cam going to cost me??)

Does it? My first EB had travelled 190,000 before it had turned two years old. The EF that I replaced it with sounded like it was going to blow an engine after 6 months and 50,000 though.

I posted here a couple of years ago but now my current EB is up to 514,XXX. The original engine lasted 500,000 but had to go due to severe oil and coolant leaks but the rest of the car is original box and diff.

It's only on it's third clutch because the thrust bearing died on the first and the reco pressure plate collapsed on the second. I still have the first two friction plates in my shed as neither was particularly worn.

I reckon some of the cars here with extra high miles would probably be running LPG - for a petrol engine to do so many KMs would be quite good!
