I have a smallish bit about the size of a 50c peice just behind the front drivers wheel, where there would be the mud flaps (I don't have any)

Well I'm a little surprised and a little unsurprised by the results of the poll.
Out of the 53 so far to complete the poll, 35 (66%) know of some rust in their AU. Now that's a joke.

I would estimate that a portion of people who selected 'just a little' would know for sure their rust is limited to 'just a little' and the other portion would be 'just a little.... that i know of. in all likelihood much more'.
