Having played around with similar sorts of projects, I know the amount of work involved. To have it turn out the way it has, deserves a pat on the back. Well done for getting it done in the first place, and also well done for hitting the design sweet spot. Its nice and sporty, but simple and not over the top. Brilliant work.

my wife said the same thing but its alot of work.i meen if a business wanted to pm me about using the skirts and bar to make moulds of them to start selling fibreglass items i would be more than happy to talk to them.im not a greedy person, but i would want something in exchange for all the work i put in.

if enough people are interested they should post there interest and a business would get an idea if its worth persueing, just an idea.as i said more than happy to help out with this to get other wagons kitted up.

also thanks for all the kind works from everyone about my work, just goes to show we are all to help each other

Very good job mate...I've been thinking of doing something like the rear bar lip for mine for ages only it'd have to match BA side skirts instead of the AU shape. Hmmmm, off to the wreckers!!!

That looks great. IMO, the only thing my old wagon was missing was a rear skirt, and that one looks great and would've worked well with the T series skirts I had.

Have you checked with awc/fibersports, you'd think they would be interested in taking a mould from this, im sure many wagon owners would be interested in it.

Phat custom kits are rubbish I bough a 1st grade kit off them (specifically asked for 1st grade) and what I got was crap.

The front bumper had cracks in the Gel coat and chips (under the gel coat)

I also asked for a BFGT rear bumper and was sent a BAGT rear bumper witch is of no use to me and might as well have been for a Toyota and it was 2nd hand (painted and cracked) witch I managed to get $100.00 back off phatcustomkits because supposedly that's all they charged me for the back bumper.

The side skirts are even worse and are supposed to fit but don't

When I hit up Ronny Klik, there answer was
"it's the way we made it, thanks" and as not intending to help me out anymore.

The front guard panel in about 20mm to short to fit. I have now found out that they are for the AU falcon wagon not the BF to witch all the other part are for and despite ron klik admitting they are different he then turns around and said that there is no difference

Even without the side skirts been wrong they are made so badly that to get them to fit is a mission.

I have spent about 6 hours just trying to get them straight and are still far from looking right but I am beyond the point of no return I think.

Ron calls them custom so no one can say that they do not look right because they are custom. imo

So I would advise everyone that if you time is worth more than $1/hour or want there car to look good closer than 100m, imo stay away from

Bit late but i am bit newer to these forums. That has to be the bestr wagon kit i have ever seen. I love it and want one. I might have to have a crack at making my own as i don't like spending money man hours are much more interesting even if it is 250 of them when you know what you are doing.
Congrats again looks awsome. can't say it enough.

On the money Andy.

Rob has a very good eye and hand for detail. I've seen a number of his efforts and he does a great job each time.
