Default 2008 Ford Focus Clicking Noise

I have a 2008 Ford Focus hatch. 120,000 km. Great condition, at least cosmetically. I've done nothing but spend money on it in the 3 months I've owned it. Some basic maintenance, but some unexpected. A couple of weeks ago I replaced the plugs only to find pot #4 full of oil after I pulled the coil pack off. Seems a new valve cover gasket has fixed it, but we'll see. Transmission has been serviced, but is still stuffed - slips when cold and sluggish when warm - but it'll have to do for a while longer, a rebuild is something I can't afford so close to Xmas. I have replaced the brakes all round, including new rotors.

The clicking noise though. Sounds like a playing card on a spoke, speeds up as the car speeds up. I replaced the rear passenger wheel bearing - in fact the whole hub - with a new one. It hasn't stopped the clicking noise though. Definitely coming from the rear passenger wheel but I'm stumped as to what's causing it. New wheel bearing, new rotor, new brake pads - where do I look now? (Incidentally it was worse when it was wet).

Have you tried lifting the rear of the car up, hand brake off, spinning the right rear wheel and then trying to isolate the noise?

Can't for the life of me find anything loose, and it didn't do it when we had the wheel off. Only does it when you drive.
