Default Something for the LS guys and gals

Something I thought I may as well share with you guys; with the ignition on ACC, hold the trip meter button down. Then moving the ignition to the ON position hold it in for a further few seconds. The sweeps cool! ;) Although the personality score is a bit of a concern.

Enjoy!

What is it? like an instrument check where the speedo/tacho needles bounce and the LCD's run through all the numbers?

Cool! the bike does that everytime I turn it on.

69 times the car's been started (unless starts means something else)

Personality = 57

Most of the other things I got no idea what they mean.
I think they could be failed starts, mine is similar number. Although I've done over 43,000KM

Personality score is the same with me? Perhaps is an auto box thing?

Im guessing it brings up the diagnostic mode. we have it on the Fiesta too but my gauges don't go a sweep they just move about 1mm up and down until I select a different feature.

Id say Personality score is for the auto's. They have an adaptive shift pattern so if you frequently give it WOT and generally give it a hard drive the auto will adjust itself so it shifts higher and firmer while if your a granny it will shift lower and smoother. My mates liberty does it and you can notice that after a good spirited drive it will shift higher in normal driving but return to normal later on

I've been doing that trick for ages... well.. since March when I got the car anyway. I tend to leave it in the km/h reading or RPM readings for fun.
