These happen all to often and yes dash/reverse cameras can be used to catch offenders, but many of the offences are merely scrapes and your not going to get insurance involved with minor jobs so what to do?
Catch the culprit and then what? try finding out where they live/ get bashed up when you visit them/ police wont get involved.... whats the options.
