Meh, never saw the desire to spend a bunch of $$ on a vehicle to only lock it up and never use it. Just to gain extra $$.
Unless these are Ferrari 250 GTOs or even XY GTHOs, they're not going to appreciate much in value if any. Sorry to say there is nothing special about these or the HSVs. They're just modded sedans that have no racing background or anything that would justify a sudden appreciation in value. If they do, bonus, but I seriously doubt.
In saying that, whoever buys the car, it is their choice to do what they wish with it. I respect those guys who spend the odd 5mill or so on their 1962 Ferrari GTOs and go race them on the track. They're enjoying their purchase.
