Default Re: OBD II reader and Forscan program.

I heard that Forscan can be used to pair the ECU and BEM, is this possible and how is it done? I am looking to get the Forscan software and ELM327 adapter if it's possible to do it.

Would it involve the following process?

1. Install new ECU and BEM into car.
2. Plug in ELM327, run Forscan and switch on car's accessories.
3. Edit catch codes in ECU and BEM to match.

Would I then do a reprogram on my keys to match?

Thanks...
