57 DegC is hardly warm. Stock thermostats do not open until 92 DegC.

In your tune (on a V8, assuming the same for a I6), the ECU does not consider the engine warm until 160 DegF or 71.11 DegC. This is used as a switch for a variety of ECU functions.
