Often a very tiny glitch/one off situation causes a code to come up, so its not indicative of a fault but more that it happened.
You can write down all the codes, but you clear them, then keep track of them, if it comes up all the time then you have a fault, also if something odd happens and you check for the code you can then decide what you want to do, ignore or fix/investigate further.
