Hi. Its easy to loose about 3 inches on a falcon diff, just run 2 L/H axles. If you need more you can take 3 inches out of the right side and use the L/H axle in that side and then shorten the left side to get the length you need and get the R/H shaft shortened to suit (ie: 3 inches plus what you shortened the tube by).
