Hi Ron
Thanks for your support and keeping me informed. We welcome your club's
participation and look forward to seeing you on the day.
We may be a bit tight for space and may have difficulty accommodating
the Marque. But if it is not too difficult to bring along, bring it and
we'll see what we can do. The Hotel has a huge marque and I'm sure we
can give your club some space in there if you require.
We are trying to get cars into the show between 7-30 and 8-30 am and
then open to the public at 9-00am
Show starts at 9-00am and finishes at 1-30am, we will present category
winners at between 1-00 and 1-30.
We can accommodate between 120 to 160 cars and I suppose it depends on
the weather how many we can get so all I can do is basically say first
in best dressed. If exhibitors are prepared to register and pay before
the event I will can reserve and guarantee them a spot.
Please find attached the info on the show and a poster. I would really
appreciate it if you or your members could get copies put up in shops or
lunch rooms to attract spectators.

i will go & have a look at the site over the weekend 2 get an idea of how we can set up, if we get there first hopefully we can use the marque.
does anyone think we should pre register that way we might be able to gurantee the use of the marque???
