EA Fairmont Ghia manual???

I've been looking at getting a second car and am looking at an EA Fairmont Ghia. The thing is though the ad says the thing is a five speed manual.
Did they come from the factory like that. My AU only had an auto option and i didn't think you could get EL's in manual as well as BA/BF's.
When did they stop having manula Fairmont Ghias and does Ford have it on the cards to bring back manual Ghias with orion??
