You're not looking at all the issues. Looking at trauma, watching people die is not something everything can deal with, but when you combine that with an ever increasing workload, working nights
EVERY week, regularly working public holidays and weekends and being paid peanuts means no one will be able to do it for the rest of their lives. Do you do two 14 hour shifts every week?
